The C4SI project focuses on the development of prototypes for Zero Trust, passwordless authentication and monitoring of operator activities designed for OT, integrated with monitoring and risk analysis tools at TRL 6.

At the end of the project, the prototypes will have been validated in relevant industrial environments thanks to the collaboration of the companies involved (SACMI, IMA and VEM).

Zero-Trust

Protecting communications between connected devices by applying the ZeroTrust paradigm. This activity requires the design of Policy Enforcement Points capable of acting on industrial protocols.

Starting TRL: 4 – lab-tested technology.

TRL of arrival: 6 – applied on demonstrator.

Passwordless authentication

Strong authentication based on passwordless paradigms, capable of recognising and certifying the identities of those interacting with machinery and equipment (production workers, maintenance personnel, suppliers) in both local and remote interactions.

Starting TRL: 4 – lab-tested technology.

TRL of arrival: 6 – applied on demonstrator.

Tools for risk monitoring and analysis in OT environments

Tracking of activities carried out by local and remote users on machines and installations, centralisation of these data in security monitoring systems (SIEM).

Starting TRL: 4 – lab-tested technology.

TRL of arrival: 6 – applied on demonstrator.
